With a passion for mindful movement, Cynthia brings clarity and calm to every session. Her precise, form-focused teaching style empowers all levels to find strength from within.

Megan Hopkins

Megan combines athletic conditioning with restorative flow, perfect for both tennis players and newcomers to Pilates. Her energy is contagious, and her classes are equal parts challenge and release.
